How to buy
- Find the product (s) you are most interested in / no. With just one click you can see the enlarged image with details, the back of the article, the composition, the description.
- Click on "ADD TO CART" and continue shopping if you intend to purchase other products or proceed to checkout.
If you have received a discount code you can enter it in the appropriate area.
To complete the order you can register or carry out the transaction as a guest.
- Choose a payment method: Credit card / Paypal / Bank transfer / Postepay / Scalapay / Cash on delivery
- If you have chosen Bank Transfer or Postepay Top-up, the page will open with the details of the order and with the data necessary to carry out the transfer or top-up (the customer must make the payment within max 3 working days from the execution of the 'order).
- If you have chosen Credit cards or Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal site to make the payment with any accepted credit card or through your Paypal account
- if you have chosen Scalapay you can pay the order in 3 convenient installments and receive the package immediately.
- If you have chosen cash on delivery, you will pay directly to the courier upon delivery of the package
- You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation.
- Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday. Normally the courier takes 2/3 working days for the delivery of the package. In exceptional cases, delivery times may be longer.
- Orders for available goods are processed on the business day following receipt of the order or on the first available business day.
- Shipping of vintage Levi's studded garments may take a few more days.
- You will receive an email and a text message from the courier (to the address and number specified during the purchase) which will inform you about the status of the shipment and the day of delivery.
- Shipping costs € 6.00, FREE on purchases of at least € 100.00.
- Cash on delivery € 8, only in Italy
- The costs of shipping abroad vary depending on the destination.
- NB: Correctly enter all the data required for shipment, never omit the house number, always specify if it is a workplace (shop, office, company), indicate the surname on the intercom.

Returns and Refunds
- All product orders are subject to product availability. In this sense, in the event of supply problems, or if there are no items in stock, we will reserve the right to offer you alternatively products of equal or greater value. If you do not wish to place an order for such replacement products, we will refund any amount already paid.
- If for any reason you wish to return one or more items purchased for a return or an exchange, it is possible within 15 days of receiving the goods.
- You can then get a refund or an exchange of the size or model.

- The return can be sent by any shipping method (we recommend that you always choose a traceable method): the shipping cost in this case is your responsibility.
- We remind you that the products must be returned in their original packaging or in a packaging of equal strength. To facilitate our work, in the package to be returned also add a sheet with your data (Order Number, Name, Surname and mobile number).
- As soon as we receive your package, we will contact you by e-mail or whatsapp to ask if you want a refund of the returned goods or a new shipment. In this case, the shipment will be exclusively at our expense.
- In the event that the item received is broken or different from the one requested , you can send an email to: info @ sheabbigliamento. com and request the collection of the product received and the shipment of the correct item.
